Here's what to expect:

9:45 am to 10:00am - Sign-in

10:00 am to 10:10 am - Workshop Opening & Introductions

10:10 am to 10:15 am - Guided meditation & sound bath

10:15 am to 11:00 am - Group Coaching - Discussion on aligning our feminine energy and womb health. Dive deep into common womb ailments and supporting nutrition during cycle (cycle syncing).

11:00 am to 11:30 am - BVM Presentation - Discussion on candidates that are prioritizing maternal health and upcoming amendments.

11:30 am to 11:45 am - Break for Snacks & Drinks

11:45 am to 12:15 pm - Herbal Activity - Create your own herbal tea/herbal bath.

12:15 pm to 12:45 pm - Open Q& A and time for brief one on one consultations.

12:45 pm to 1:00 pm - Close out the workshop
