A Note on Our Space: We celebrate the beautiful diversity of the feminine. This sanctuary is open to all who identify as women (cis and trans), as well as non-binary or gender-expansive individuals who feel a deep resonance with feminine energy and the journey of the Goddess.

🌹 1. The Opening: Tea, Chocolate & Intention: We gather in a welcoming circle, sharing tea and chocolate as we soften into the space together.

This gentle arrival is an invitation to unwind from the week and settle into the warmth of feminine connection. We share intuitively from the heart and draw from the Goddess Power oracle cards to receive added wisdom and support. We close this opening ritual by setting a personal intention for our dance, anchoring ourselves in the magic of our sacred time.

✨ Cycle Magic: If you are menstruating, you receive an extra chocolate and the invitation to share an insight with the circle if it feels right.

💃 2. The Movement: Embody the Goddess We dance INTO our Goddess. Through music that unlocks your power, we will explore:

• Playful Choreography: Light, fun movements to get you out of your head.
• Free Dance: A judgment-free zone to let your "Inner Diva" out!
• The Invitation: If you never let your hair down or wear something playful—this is your chance. Play as the beautiful goddess you are!

🧘 3. The Integration: Goddess Affirmation Cool Down We conclude with 10 minutes of deep grounding. With legs up the wall (or resting comfortably), we will allow powerful Goddess Affirmations to wash through us, integrating the energy we moved and leaving you feeling confident, empowered, and grounded.
