We invite you to join Malia & Mallory for this Sacred evening of connection through the power of movement. This gathering is to reawaken, embody and embrace the Divine feminine essence within using the power of dancing. We will begin by setting sacred space as a group, practicing easy yet effective breath exercises to realign followed by music playing and allowing our bodies the freedom to move to their natural rhythm & flow. We will close by holding a sacred circle of love, empowerment and intention. Come prepared to release the mind and ground into your body allowing your Wild Sacred Goddess to be honored, recognized, expressed and embraced. We can't wait for you to join us!
