About this Event

Under the Dark Sky, you will dine in the middle of the meadow, halfway between the New & Old Growth Forests.

Our stunning, SOLD OUT Farm to Table In The Stable fundraiser is coming back, with a twist!

We are moving the table from the stable under the stars!

Patch of Heaven Sanctuary’s 20-acre forest preserve and recognized wildlife sanctuary is a historically recognized site filled with Miami-Dade County history. And we just learned that there may be ancient history on our land.
A team of archaeologists recently visited to check out our Florida Solution Holes, which are geological repositories of times past; there is the possibility that Tequesta Indian artifacts may be found. They were unearthed in the Castellow Hammock next door, believed to be 1,000 years old.
Not far from us, there was an ancient lion jawbone unearthed in a Redland forest.
As Patch grows forward, we continue to unearth fascinating history and plan for our important future, supporting the reconnection between Human Nature & Mother Nature.

Imagine a 100-foot table stretched beneath the stars.

Dine between our New-Growth (15 years old) and Old-Growth (124 years old) Forests.

Enjoy the Tree of Life lit with 10,000 copper lights and 3 chandeliers.

Experience a Fire Ceremony to Release & Let Go of what’s not serving you.

Let our sparkling Prosecco and lychee fruit refresh you whilst strolling through our Zen Garden, Pool of Stillness, and Buddha Boulevard.

Melt into the Western setting sun at the edge of the Lotus Lagoon and our Old Growth Forest, the 123-year-old Castellow Hammock.

The evening’s culinary delights are 100% Redland Sourced and harvested—a smorgasbord of greens, veggies, and unexpected plant-based mushroom delights.

We invite you to become a Friend of The Forest!

Help us acquire the land, plant the seeds, and grow the trees that will become the New Patch of Heaven Sanctuary.

Dine With Us, Help us Dig In our Dirt, and support our planned growth!

Miami-Dade County has a Tree Canopy problem with <30% tree coverage. Patch’s Land & Ecowellness Acquisition plans will help solve the problem.

We have already regenerated 10 acres of forest once in the last 15 years.

Help us Double in size from 20 - 40 acres, building South Florida’s 1st Ecowellness Mindful Nature Institute Retreat Center.

Our gardens blend seamlessly with South Florida's natural and rugged beauty. They are inspired by nature, featuring seasonal blooms and tropical fruits. We create spaces that feel both wild and inviting, emphasizing biodiversity and ecological balance. Our approach uses native, drought-tolerant, and edible plants to support local wildlife and create dynamic, nourishing gardens. Let's Celebrate And Take Positive Climate Action

By donating to support Patch as we Grow A New Forest

Patch would be THE ONLY REGENERATION PROJECT in the Redland by returning agricultural nursery land back to Nature.

We will NOT PAVE PARADISE to put up a parking lot.

We invite you to become a Friend of The Forest!

We Keep Growing

Since 2022, We Have Grown And Keep Growing

Patch History & The Future Vision of Patch

This stunning, sacred conservation, forest regeneration, and mindful nature education project kicked off in 2008 with the vision of our founder, Bruce, believing that he and our original horticultural team could restore the Old Growth Hammock, the Matheson Forest Dwelling, and historic homes to create a sanctuary committed to reconnecting the broken bridge between Human Nature and Mother Nature.

In less than two decades, we have achieved that and more.

2026 opens the door for us to DOUBLE IN SIZE and be the ONLY REDLAND PROJECT to return agricultural land back to Nature.
