In this workshop, you'll learn methods for clearing, grounding, and protection, how to conduct oracle readings for yourself and for others, as well as how to program and use a pendulum to channel messages from the divine!

Sheldan Bio:
Discovering the magic and healing yoga offers at a young age, Sheldan has been a dedicated yogini for 14 years. Her passion having evolved into a career path, she completed her RYT-200 at Trilogy Sanctuary in fall 2019. Ecstatic about the opportunity to start teaching she continued her education, becoming certified in Yoga Nidra just months after the completion of her first certification.
Known for her nurturing and heart-centered teaching style, she aims to encourage practitioners, new and experienced, to tune into their inner peace, and take a moment of pause to connect with their highest-self and deepest desires. Furthermore, she loves to incorporate Reiki into her personal practice as well as her teachings.
Passionate about utilizing movement as medicine, she’s also been an active hoop dancer for six years, utilizing her time within the sacred circle to connect with her breath and guide her to the deepest parts of her soul. Her interest in movement and dance is closely related to her love for music and has led to her exploration of sound therapy. Through the use of various esoteric instruments, she aims to support practitioners through their healing journey and open their minds to abundant, radical self-love.
