About Richard Lim:

Richard previously headed up the ‘Retail Insight and Analytics’ team at the British Retail Consortium. Before that, he worked in mergers and acquisitions for Citi Group. He has a wealth of experience in data analytics, consumer research and macroeconomics, and is skilled in generating actionable insights for clients. Richard is based in London and has a keen interest in Behavioural Game Theory.

About Clare Gambardella:

Clare is responsible for Zopa’s brand, marketing, communications and product design. She also leads customer lifecycle - including cross-product channels like the App and CRM. Prior to Zopa, Clare was the Group Chief Marketing Officer at Virgin Active overseeing brand and marketing for the group's international network. She began her career at Procter and Gamble and has also worked in Strategy Consulting at The Boston Consulting Group.
