Diversity� Dance Studio annual audition is finally here! Every year, we search for new talents from the Perth community to become a part of our elite crew. This is YOUR chance to showcase your amazing talents and join our crew�Diversity�’s top dance crew achieved second place NATIONWIDE in K-Pop Dance Cover Festival Australia 2021, judged by LOONA. Our YouTube covers have accumulated over 15 million views, receiving reactions from popular girl group TRI.BE, placing 2nd in WEEEKLY's dance cover contest and many more.
With the love for performing on stage, our crew will be the perfect home for you to not only do dance covers but have the opportunities to perform on stage nationwide. For those that love to create content, this is your opportunity to showcase your creations� As a member of Diversity�, you will be a part of a crew of dedicated and passionate performers & artists unlike any other in Perth!

� AUDITION DAY
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to confirm your details, stretch and prepare - don’t forget to bring your earphones!
� SESSION 1 - Private
Performers are required to prepare an individual dance and/or vocal performance up to 3 minutes long. Pick a song you love and show us what you've got. This will give us the chance to see your style, skill and of course — your passion! Please bring your song(s)/custom tracks along on your phone.
We recommend that you be as creative and bold as you can be. Whether it’s K-pop, C-pop, J-pop or hip hop, we are open to a diverse range/performance genres, since we are *DIVERSITY* after all.�
� SESSION 2 - Public
All performers will be required to participate in our second session where you will be require to learn a choreography that will be taught on the day. This choreography will only be revealed at the audition itself.
� CREATORS AND ORGANISERS APPLICATION
Creators and organisers will be interviewed to discuss their past work and creations, as well as their motivations for wanting to join our team.
Please bring a portfolio of documentation or content that you have completed in the past that demonstrates your skills and experience. This can include videos, graphic design pieces, costumes, sound tracks, photos, makeup, event plans, resumes, reference letters or anything else that relates to your area of interest.
Be yourself and showcase those great skills. �

� EXPECTATIONS
As a member of Diversity�’s, these are some of our expectations from you:
1) Regularly attend dance practises and training.
2) Practice in your own time if you fall behind.
3) Put your 100% effort into being a Diversity�’s member.
4) Speak up when you’re struggling so that we can solve the problem together.
5) Respect our members and audiences. Any unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
Our commitments to our members is 100% so we would expect the same as well�
