Our next Diversitastic! Dining destination is Puerto Rico. Join us for a delicious dinner and beautiful music and dance by Escuela de Bomba y Plena Tata Cepeda. 1- Mini Alcapurrias rellenas (stuffed mini root vegetable fritters)
2- Bacalaitos Fritos (salted cod fritters)
3- Crema de Pana (bread fruit soup)
4- Arroz con Longaniza y Arañitas (PuertoRico Sausage w Rice)
5- Cuajo ( w blood sausage, sweet potato and Green banana)
6- Serenata de Bacalao ( cod Salad with root vegetables and avocado)
7- Lechon Asado estilo Porchetta con ensalada de Coditos (Boneless Roast Pork and traditional pasta salad)
8- coquito ( rum and coconut drink) and Guanabana Cheese Cake
Everything served is homemade and completely authentic and traditional Puerto Rico.
