Michael has seen a lot of different sides of the beverage industry over the last decade. He has a true passion for educating and engaging clients with his immense knowledge of wine and spirits. Michael began bartending while in college at Belmont, here he found his niche in the art of hospitality and all things beverage. He quickly worked his way up to General Manager of Jackson's Bar and Bistro, an old Nashville treasure loved by tourists and locals alike.

He was inspired while selecting the wines for their program and found he wanted to increase his knowledge on the subject, this lead him to complete the Court of Master Sommeliers course. As a master mixologist he developed each cocktail from scratch and also selected the wine menu, ultimately becoming one of the most desirable lists in the city.

Michael is our Beverage Director at Saint Elle and a WSET III Sommelier. We are beyond excited to share his knowledge with you, our clients and guests.

Kim and James Sutton have catered to Middle Tennessee since 1999. Mrs. Kim’s passion for cooking and her southern hospitality drove her to open Hometown Catering. Their love of serving our community led the family from selling fresh sausage and biscuits at automotive dealerships to the full service catering company they are today.
Now with their sons Guy and Landon Sutton working in the family business, along with a team that feels like family, they continue to carry on the same Southern passion that started it all. Town & Table is here to cater your life’s important moments.
