Dive Into Summer - Lortondale Home Tour

Built in 1954, Lortondale is one of Oklahoma’s premier examples of midcentury modern design. Take advantage of a rare opportunity to enjoy a self-guided tour of four homes and two pools during the June 4th Dive into Summer Lortondale Neighborhood tour.

This year's tour is a fundraising event for the volunteer-run pools located in Lortondale. In addition to touring the homes, each tour ticket purchased will be good for free swimming from 4 pm-8 pm at either the Lortondale Club Pool or the 5300 Club Pool.

The following homes will be open during the tour:

• Smith Residence (5331 East 26th Street)
• Fain Residence (5338 East 26th Place)
• Fransen Residence (5358 East 26th Place)
• Gatewood & Lewis Residence (4936 East 27th Street)

The pool addresses are:

• 5300 Club Pool (5393 East 27th Street)
• Lortondale Club Pool (4941 East 26th Street)

Event Details:

Saturday, June 4th.

12pm – 4pm.

All ages are welcome but, every attendee requires a ticket. Babes in arms are allowable but must be carried... strollers are prohibited inside tour homes.

Ticket Details:

Tickets go on sale May 9th at noon.

Tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite in advance of the tour. Tickets are available the day of the tour at any stop with exact cash or Venmo payment. No physical tickets will be provided for this event.

Tour participants will receive a wristband at the first home they choose to visit.

Tour Tips:

Parking: This is a walkable tour with plenty of on-street parking available. Free parking is available at the 29th and Yale Church of Christ located at 2901 South Yale Ave if needed.

Wear comfortable shoes; this is a self-guided tour of homes in a 300 home neighborhood. Walking is to be expected.

Please do not block any driveways or disturb other residents during the home tour.
