Join the amazing Vital Beat facilitators for an Information Session about our upcoming 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, that'll give you an insight into just how much we love it.
Starting at 230pm with a juicy Slow Flow, followed by a sneak peek into what we offer at 330pm, and a chance to ask questions .... while eating snacks ( it's a perfect Saturday afternoon really!)
