District Seven REALTOR and Developer Roundtable

SABOR in partnership with COSA District seven Councilwoman Mariana Alderete Gavito are conducting a comprehensive market and zoning analysis to evaluate commercial vacancies, explore adaptive reuse opportunities for historic buildings, and identify strategies to attract new businesses and create community-serving spaces. As the first step in this initiative, we will host an engagement session exclusively for REALTOR members and developers interested in investing in the area. Facilitated by our consultant, this interactive session will gather input on market needs, future vision and investment opportunities. Strong participation is essential, as the insights gathered will help establish the foundation for pursuing a larger neighborhood transformation grant.
