***ATTENTION DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS!***If you want to be a Fresno/Madera Toys for Tots Distribution Partner, you must attend the orientation scheduled the week of August 5 - 8, 2024. (Please note this has been pushed to the 1st week of August this year due to date conflicts with the National MCL Convention.)
Orientation location: Clovis Veterans Memorial District, Veterans Room, 808 4th St, Clovis, CA 93612
Please have your primary and alternate contact attend one of the four available 1-hour sessions:
Monday 8/5 at 6pm
Tuesday 8/6 at 12pm
Wednesday 8/7 at 6pm
Thursday 8/8 at 12pm
If you want to become a distribution partner for the 2024 campaign you MUST have:
1. Register during orientation with all required contact information.
2. one primary and one alternate representative attend this orientation.
3. an authorization letter designating named primary and alternate reps, for current year, from organization administration on letterhead (electronic submission preferred).
4. provide a copy of 501c* (schools/government orgs are exempt from this requirement, electronic submission preferred).
5. provide documents showing you have filed taxes or are exempt from filing for 2023 to show your organization is still active and recognized as a charitable organization (schools are exempt from this requirement, electronic submission preferred).
a. Examples are as follows:
i. first page of 990 or 990N acceptance page
ii. additional line on authorization letter stating exempt from filing for current year, from organization administration on letterhead
