Bourbon Heritage Month may belong to Kentucky, but we are using September as an excuse to celebrate great whiskey from every corner of the map.

First stop: Islay.

For this Distillery Spotlight, we are pouring four expressions from Laphroaig, one of Scotland’s most unmistakable distilleries.

Smoke, salt, peat, and plenty of personality. We will taste through different expressions and finishes to see just how much can change from one pour to the next while still keeping that signature Laphroaig character.

We will kick things off with a welcome cocktail, then work our way through all four pours with plenty of whiskey talk along the way.
