I början av januari är du inbjuden till en djupdykning in i de 5Rytmerna där vi har 5 hela dagar att lyssna till kroppens visdom och vår väg framåt. De 5Rytmerna: flöde, stackato, kaos, lyrisk och stillhet, varje rytm är ett sätt att vara i världen. Dansgolvet blir ett rörelse-laboratorium där hela du får utrymme för utforskande och själsligt uttryck. Det som sker på dansgolvet ger riktning för det som sker i livet i stort. Vi kommer att blicka tillbaka mot året som har passerat, vi kommer att blicka framåt och framför allt kommer vi att röra oss medvetet i det magiska nuvarande ögonblicket, hållna av de 5Rytmernas inneboende energi.

Du behöver inte ha dansat de 5Rytmerna tidigare för att delta. Susanne är medlem i 5RTA och workshopen räknas som en 5 dagars Waves workshop på din väg att bli 5Rytmerlärare.

Susanne har dansat och levt genom de 5Rytmerna i över 20 år. Hon är en ackrediterad 5Rytmerlärare och gick den globala lärarutbildningen 2018. Hon erbjuder klasser och workshops framför allt i Sverige och i portugal.
5Rhythms är en dynamisk rörelsepraktik- en praktik av att vara i din kropp- som väcker kreativitet, kontakt och gemenskap.

In early January, you are invited to a deep dive into the 5Rhythms where we have 5 full days to listen to the wisdom of the body and our path forward. The 5Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, each rhythm is a way of being in the world. The dance floor becomes a movement laboratory where the whole you is given space for exploration and soulful expression. What happens on the dance floor gives direction to what happens in life at large. We will look back at the year that has passed, we will look forward and above all we will move consciously in the magical present moment, held by the inherent energy of the 5Rhythms.

You do not need to have danced the 5Rhythms before to participate. Susanne is a member of 5RTA and the workshop counts as a 5-day Waves workshop on your path to becoming a 5Rhythms teacher.

Susanne has been dancing and living the 5Rhythms for over 20 years.She is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, completed the global Teacher Training in 2018. She offers classes and workshops primarily in Sweden and Portugal.
