-All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. -No costumes for guests 14 & older. -Character Experiences Available. Access to a private event with interactive time and photo opportunities. Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult. -Please monitor the venue website for venue policies, including health and safety protocols, which are subject to change. -All tickets are subject to availability. -Prices are subject to change. -Visit DisneyOnIce.com for more info. SAP Center recommends bags 5"x9"x2" or smaller to expedite entry. However, we can accommodate larger bags up to 20"x14"x11"! All bags, including medical and infant bags, larger than 5"x9"x2" are subject to X-Ray inspection and will result in longer wait times for entry. Bags must fit under your seat; therefore, bags larger than 20"x14"x11" will not be permitted.
