-All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. -No costumes for guests 14 & older. -Character Experiences Available. Access to a private event with interactive time and photo opportunities. Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. SAP Center recommends bags 5"x9"x2" or smaller to expedite entry. However, we can accommodate larger bags up to 20"x14"x11"!
