About This Workshop:
This engaging and inclusive workshop explores the often-unspoken realities of menstruation and the socially constructed stigma surrounding it. Through open dialogue, participants examine how silence, trivialization, oppressive language, and bias contribute to:

🟢 Bullying and school absenteeism
🟢 Anxiety and mental health challenges
By exploring the impact of menstrual stigma on both menstruating and non-menstruating individuals, this discussion highlights the urgent need for:

🟢 Inclusive environments
🟢 Reframing the discourse to promote body dignity, mental health, and collective well-being
