Saturday Night it’s all going down! Bumpin’ Pumpkins come out into the autumn night! DISKO INTERNATIONAL back in the place for a special November session in our fav NordBerlin joint with the sweet sweet sound- Panke. Expect heavy tunage til the wee hours, all DJs have bulging bags n’ stix with beautiful soulful dancing music from all over the world.
We’re pretty excited about our guest getting some prime time shine, a recent recruit to Berlin, and definitely a welcome addition to the Berlin Dancefloor Soul movement: PAULITA!
Paulita is a young selector with an old soul, digging up rare grooves from Brazilian disco and deep-cut funk to cosmic jazz and slow-burning house. Born in LA, shaped by her Chilean heritage, and now based in Berlin, she’s slowly becoming a familiar face in underground spaces, spinning unexpected, always raw selections filled with sounds you never knew you needed
Also joining the selection duties is bona fide Disko International immediate family, Marian Tone.
Resident Deck monkeys / IT support / Palm Readers steadying the ship: Lucky Loop, Soulix, and Kava round out the lineup. Soooo….Adorn your ceremonial Dance attire, let your troubles fall away like autumn leaves. We’ll throw some shapes, cut some rug, and get-g-get down together.
