About the Roles

As an Account Executive, you’ll help new and existing customers experience the full value of DISH’s products and services. Roles are 100% inbound—no cold calling—and use a consultative sales approach to guide customer decisions. Join a team that’s generating over $17 billion in revenue each year, with roles offering uncapped commission and substantial career growth potential.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission. Target Earnings: $64,000/year, with top performers earning over six figures.

Growth Potential: Opportunities for two promotions within your first year, with title bumps and pay increases.
