Disentangle | A Family Constellations Healing Circle Facilitated by Shosha Dresdner, LCSW

You can't disentangle from what you can't see.

Family Constellations works at the level of the ancestral and systemic field, surfacing the hidden loyalties, unresolved grief, and inherited patterns that quietly shape our lives, relationships, and sense of self. What we carry is rarely only ours. It moves through lineages, through family systems, through generations, until someone is willing to look at it directly. That someone is you.

This is an intentional, carefully held space to make the invisible visible- and in doing so, to begin the process of real disentanglement. From patterns that were never yours to carry. From dynamics that repeat without explanation. From the weight of what came before.

Each session is held with one Support Seeker : the person whose system we are exploring — and a small group of Representatives. The Seeker selects individuals from the group to represent different elements of what we are working with: family members, emotions, life circumstances, or parts of self. This is not acting or performance. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to get right, and no reason to feel self-conscious.

As you step into a representative role, you may begin to notice subtle somatic experiences, felt senses in your body, unexpected emotions, physical sensations, or feelings toward other representatives that don't seem to belong to you. This is not imagination. This is the information we use to navigate the process and create real, lasting change.

No experience is necessary. If you feel the call to be in the room, that is enough.

Two ticket types are available: Representative ($30) and Support Seeker ($175). If the Support Seeker ticket is no longer available, we encourage you to still attend as a Representative — you may be surprised to find the session speaks directly to what you were hoping to work on. What moves in one system moves in the room. The work has a way of reaching everyone.
