The link to complete your assessment will be sent to you before the workshop and must be completed at least 48 hours ahead of the in person workshop on 16th June.



Terms & Conditions

This workshop is delivered by Lisa Burt Coaching & Sandra Rowell Coaching using Everything DiSC® tools via DISCsimple Ltd – to be known as the Supplier(s).

Lisa Burt Coaching Ltd & Sandra Rowell Coaching to be known as the Supplier. The Client is to be known as the Client.

As part of their services, the Supplier provides DISC behavioural assessments and in person workshops to support participants with their understanding of DISC and the benefits it can bring to them.

To develop practical behavioural awareness and understanding of DISC that can be applied immediately in leadership, communication, and business environments.

What to expect at this workshop:

a) This is an in-person workshop there will be no recording that can be made available following the workshop.

b) The workshop will be hosted by the Supplier.

c) There will be no more than 12 participants at the workshop.

d) Attendees may be from different organisations, roles and experience all of which adds to the richness of the discussions and learning.

e) The cost of the workshop includes a DISC assessment in the booking price. The Client agrees to complete their assessment at least 48 hours ahead of attending the workshop. Please note DISC assessments are arranged by DISCsimple Ltd, an Authorised Partner of Everything DISC ® (part of the Wiley Group). You will receive your link to complete the assessment from [email protected] at the time of booking.

f) During the workshop you will be introduced to the DISC model, the typical behaviours, priorities, motivators, fears and limitations for each behavioural style. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to better understand your own behavioural style, how to spot others behavioural styles and how to work better with others to achieve improved outcomes.

g) Through facilitated interactive group exercises, using the high-level behavioural profile data for participants, we will explore how DISC can be used for typical work-based scenarios to improve team performance, communication, collaboration and outcomes.

h) The Supplier will provide a 30-minute individual confidential review call after the workshop at a convenient time agreed between the Supplier and the Client as part of the workshop to answer any questions and review the result of the assessment.

i) “The review call is designed to support GROUP understanding of the assessment results. It does not include extended coaching or consultancy, which can be arranged separately.”




1. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are charged in advance at the time of booking. If VAT Is applicable, it will be applied at the current rate and there are no additional expenses for attending the workshop other than individuals travel expenses which will be borne by them

Other than travel expenses which are to be borne by attendees personally. Attendees should ensure that any costs for their travel arrangements are fully refundable, as the event could be subject to late cancellation and we shall not be responsible for any travel costs under any circumstances.


2. Cancellation and Postponement

Should the Client need to cancel their attendance at this in person workshop for any reason, they will not be entitled to a refund, but they will receive the result of their DISC assessment. Any additional support in relation to the assessment result will be provided at an additional cost (to be agreed prior to delivery.)

If in the unlikely event that the Supplier cancels, the Client will be notified with as much notice as is reasonably practical and the workshop element of the monies that have been paid to date will be returned to the client via BACS transfer within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation. This refund will not be for the full amount paid if the assessment has been completed and the product cost of the assessment will be taken into account.

3. Refunds

As the client is booking, for a specific date and time, no refunds are provided if they change their mind or cannot attend.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.


4. Disclaimers

It is important that the Client is aware that by agreeing to attend the workshop they will need to actively participate in discussion, the facilitated group exercises to maximise the learning and experience of the workshop. If the Client is unable to participate in the way described, the Client should make the Supplier aware 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Whilst many clients experience greater self-awareness and awareness of others behavioural styles because of this workshop, we offer no guarantees. Each person and business is different and results may vary.

Workshops and facilitation are delivered by the Supplier. No services are outsourced.


5. Participant Responsibility & Conduct

Participants agree to contribute respectfully to discussions and maintain confidentiality of other participants' contributions. The Supplier reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment.


6. Psychological Safety / Coaching Boundary

This workshop is designed for professional development purposes and does not constitute therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment.

No part of the workshop may be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed in any format without prior written consent.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Supplier, DISCsimple Ltd and Everything DiSC® retain all copyright to the workshop content and materials shared during the workshop. The content may not be used by the Client without prior written consent.


8. Communication

Communication with the Client will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure, and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. Usual business hours are 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for our businesses, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.


9. Data Protection

By signing up for and attending the workshop the Client is providing their explicit permission for both the Supplier, DISCsimple Ltd and Everything DiSC® to hold and process your personal data. Full GDPR agreements operate between all parties.

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to the Supplier, and it will be handled in the following way:

a) Apart from as outlined below, the Client’s data will only be used and processed in connection with their attendance of the workshop and any follow up assessments.

b) The Client’s data will be available to any suppliers named on this document.

c) The Client’s personal data will be kept confidential and will never be shared with unconnected third parties. It can be shared with third parties such as an accountant to allow them to perform accountancy functions;

d) The Client’s data will be kept secure at all times and only stored electronically on devices which are password protected;

e) In order, to ensure that the data held is accurate, all data will be obtained from you directly;

f) The Client’s data will be stored for the minimum number of years following completion of the services to allow compliance with insurance obligations, unless you instruct us to delete your data at an earlier date; and

g) All data collected will be limited to that which is necessary to allow the services to be performed. This includes the Client’s name and DISC result data being shared on a shared learning platform attached to the workshop and will, therefore, be visible by other participants.


10. Confidentiality and Retention of Information

Communications between the Supplier and Client are confidential. The Supplier will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about the Client apart from circumstances as required by law or by the Supplier to perform the internal operations of their business, such as disclosure to an accountant.

Documents and information in relation to the Client matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations.


11. Complaints

The Supplier is committed to providing the Client with a high-quality experience. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, the Client should contact the Supplier on the e-mail address provided. The Supplier agrees to investigate any complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Supplier does not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of self-awareness, awareness of others, improved relationships.

There will not be no liability to the Client for any delay or failure to perform the Supplier’s obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.


13. Third Party Rights

No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.


14. Applicable Law

These Terms of Business are the Supplier’s standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.


15. Force Majeure

The Supplier shall not be liable for failure to deliver the workshop due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, venue issues, or acts of God.
