Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Over time, this series supports participants in growing comfortable with their gifts, gaining insight, and ultimately creating a personal life purpose statement.
This is more than a series—it is a gentle, soulful journey of self-discovery and alignment with your true essence.
Group Sound bath sessions will be on April 7, 21st and May 5th. The alternate weeks will be a one on one session with Pat to review the previous week's content.
This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework.

About Darren:
With over 7 years of experience in sound healing and meditation, Darren is a dedicated practitioner in the field of holistic health. Specializing in crystal singing bowls, he creates immersive sound bath experiences designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Darren offers both group and one-on-one sessions, holding space for transformation through the healing power of sound.
