Join Master Holistic Life Coach, Julie Wallace, for a 4-part Online Series designed to fuel your body, mind, and spirit with inspiration and joy, and help you to start off 2021 with a greater sense of clarity and purpose. As humans, we are hardwired for survival and sustainability. All too often, these instinctive responses to living can cause us to remain trapped in a constant state of fear, worry, and self-imposed limitations—preventing us from really knowing and embracing our divine potential. Living in survival mode can lead to feelings of exhaustion, unhappiness, and discontentment. However, there is hope! When we make an effort to become aware of our unconscious patterns and intentionally shift our perspective, we begin to uncover an inner “blueprint” of the life we desire and deserve.
ach week Julie will join you live via Zoom Meetings for a 60 minute uplifting coaching session that will enlighten and empower you to discover your own Holistic Blueprint - a body, mind, and spirit “map” to living a healthier and more inspired life. Julie is best known for her down-to-earth, relatable, and practical approach to coaching and teaching. Her greatest talent is taking challenging and esoteric concepts that are often intimidating or difficult to understand, and presenting them in a way that feels fresh, modern, and applicable to daily life. Through heartfelt coaching and discussion, Julie will get your wheels turning and spark your sense of curiosity and joy. Each weekly session will be focused on helping you to uncover your body, mind, and spirit “blueprint” -- allowing you to live a more joyful, fulfilling, and impactful life. Our four main areas of focus will include:
BODY — The body always speaks the loudest. Learn the three main reasons why our bodies aren’t at their best: food, environment, and stress. Julie will demystify food, explain the true causes of stress, and guide you to make positive changes within your environment to promote health and longevity.
MIND — Recognize how your conditioned past is influencing your present choices and responses in life. Learn empowering strategies to manage negative or limiting thoughts and patterns.
EMOTION — Understand the purpose of emotions and how they negatively affect the body when left unmanaged. Learn how to raise the quality of your emotions to create vibrant health, joy, and true fulfillment in life.
SPIRIT — Discover your true and divine potential. Gain insight into why your life is unfolding the way it is, and learn how to tap into your innate wisdom and intuition so you can create a life of greater peace and joy.
Participants will Receive:
- 4 LIIVE Coaching Sessions with Julie via Zoom Meetings (the replay for each session will remain available in the Lessons section, so if you are unable to attend live you are welcome to watch the replay at your own convenience!)

- A weekly PDF Download with Lesson Notes
- A weekly check-in email from Julie with the opportunity to email in questions. Julie will choose a select number of questions to anonymously answer via Zoom during the following Meeting
