Guided tour of Chelmsford Cathedral and drawing workshop
Come and discover the secrets of Chelmsford Cathedral!
The ARU School of Architecture will lead this event, exploring the architectural and artistic features of the catheral. You will join our lecturers in visiting the Cathedral and its precinct, discovering the stories behind the Cathedral’s construction, and the most relevant and beautiful aspects of the building and its artworks.
After this guided visit, you will be invited to try to draw a detail of the Cathedral, following the tips and advice of the lecturers. No previous knowledge or specific skills required - everyone is welcome!
Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
This event is presented as part of the Chelmsford Science Festival .
