Join me at Lions Shelter 3 for an afternoon of meditation.
Come and discover calm under the trees.
There will be four meditation sessions throughout the event.
If you have a difficult time sitting on the ground, please feel free to bring a camp chair or other seat. Meditation is for every type of body!
Yoga blankets will be available as well as treats and gifts.
The cost for this introductory event is $10 a person. Payment will be accepted at the event and cards are welcome.
