About this Event
This transformative six-week course will deepen your understanding of desire, arousal and pleasure and introduce you to your most authentic sexual self. Through guided discussions, embodiment practices, playful exercises, and zero-pressure exploration (consent is sexy!), you’ll become more empowered in your sexual expression. Expect real talk, laughter, aha moments, and maybe even a few blushes as we dive into desire, turn-ons, body love, and the art of feeling good. Best of all, you’ll take this journey with other women who can support and celebrate with you along the way.
Why everyone needs this course, but only 4 women will get it:
Sexuality is beautiful. It can offer physical pleasure, connection with our partners, and even stress release. Your Sex Ed class might have taught you some basic anatomy and how to put a condom on a banana. But did anyone explain the average length of time it takes for a woman to achieve peak arousal? Did they even hint at the variety of sexual experiences and relationship dynamics available? Most critically, were you told that you have the right to explore and express your sexuality in exactly the way that works for you? Sigh. I know, we deserved more. But it’s not too late.
Whether you struggle with low desire and/or low arousal or are just looking to maximize your experiences, let’s discover your peak pleasure potential together. I invite you to offer yourself the same time, curiosity and attention that you no doubt give freely to others.
The fall session of this course will only be available to four women. By keeping it small, each person will have time to share, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback. Wondering why this is offered as a group course instead of private sessions? There is too much silence surrounding sex! We either don’t talk about it or we’re not honest about it. This often leads to shame and feelings that there’s something wrong with us. This course is an opportunity to hear about other women’s experiences, release shame and celebrate our sexuality! Please note that this is intended to be very interactive. I hope to create a space that makes you feel open to share, laugh and engage with the group.
*BUT, if a group program really isn’t for you, I do offer this as individual or couple sessions.
What we’ll cover:
- The Pleasure Gradient – What do you need before, during and after sex to feel most connected to your pleasure?
- Anatomy of Pleasure – Move beyond the tip of the clit and embrace the slow build.
- Core Desires – Great sex is about more than the hottest new position. The key is understanding how you want to feel during sex.
- Communicating Needs and Boundaries – We can’t expect our partners to “just know” what we want. Become confident enough in your desires to speak them out loud.
- Embodiment & mindfulness – Learn to recognize the subtle sensations in the body and let them guide you toward greater pleasure.
Dates: September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
Time: 6-8pm
*Gender, like sexuality, is not binary. While the term “women” may feel very restrictive, this course address topics most affecting vulva-bodied humans who were socialized as women. I offer other group programs and individual sessions that embrace more of the spectrum, and I hope you will join me there if this course is not the best fit for you. With love, Heather.
