Imagine knowing your neighbors. Sharing dinners, tools, skills, and the decisions that shape where you live. That's what Wild Grape* is planning in urban Madison: a new, not-yet-built community of 15–20 multigenerational households – small enough to make decisions together, large enough to share the load.
We are creating a community to increase our economic, social, and environmental resilience. Own your home, share the space around it – indoors and out – much like a condo, but wrapped in a closer-knit, values-driven community.
Join us to meet the community and learn more about the project. Meet and greet starts at 1 pm, and the presentation begins at 1:30 pm.
