If you have ever thought about beginning Tai Chi for health or fitness we welcome you to join us and begin your path with authentic Chen Taijiquan practice. We offer proper training in theory, structure, and technique and not merely memorizing movements with no depth of understanding.
Classes are $20 per person.
We accept cash at the door for walk-ins,
