Discover the Healer Within: A Self-Healing Workshop

Join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to reconnect you with your natural ability to heal yourself. We'll explore the basics of energy work, how it affects our physical and subtle bodies, energy centres, etc. and how we can wield energy for the purposes of self-healing. Towards the end of the session, I will guide the group into a meditative state, allowing you to experience firsthand what it feels like to tap into your own energy and initiate the self-healing process. This is your opportunity to reclaim the healing power you were born with.

A Few Notes About the Venue:

- It's a 4-minute walk from both Beaudry metro station and from Berri-UQAM metro station.

What to Bring:

- A water bottle;

- A pen and notebook for any additional notes or thoughts you'd like to take down (note: handouts will also be provided); and

- A shawl or blanket if you'd like to be cozy during the guided self-healing portion.
