About Your Workshop Leader - Özlem Imil

Özlem is a dedicated health and wellness advocate on a mission to revolutionise the way we approach health & wellbeing. She is committed to creating a transformed system where individuals have a deep understanding of, and control over, their bodies and minds.

With over a decade of experience in school leadership in London, Özlem pivoted 12 years ago to become a Personal Performance and Executive Coach. Her extensive background spans the public, corporate, and charity sectors, where she has excelled as a leadership coach, mentor, and trainer.

As a Community Builder, Özlem leads the Soulful Chats Meetup and Business Buzz Networking in Canary Wharf and organises Soul Home Wellness Workshops alongside specialised practitioners. Her comprehensive experience equips her to guide organisations toward a holistic approach to leadership, performance, and wellbeing, fostering environments where individuals can thrive.

Özlem also works as a Conscious Leadership & Life Design Coach and Energy Practitioner with individual clients. She combines her coaching with Reiki, Theta Healing and The Energy Codes methods and practices to address her clients’ entire wellbeing- mind, body and energy. She is passionate about helping her clients design fulfilling lives tailored to their unique aspirations.
