Whether you are an enthusiast looking to deepen your knowledge or a newcomer eager to learn, this masterclass will elevate your understanding of Japan's most revered beverage.

Prepare to learn from a true industry expert. Imari Tanaka, National Sales Manager at Sake Suki, brings a wealth of knowledge rooted in a bicultural upbringing. Raised by a kaiseki chef father and grandparents who farmed in Japan, Imari has a profound, inherent respect for ingredients and craftsmanship.

Her distinguished career spans from building her foundation at the Michelin-starred Jewel Bako to curating premier, leading sake programs in New York City. Imari is uniquely equipped to guide you through the intricacies of sake production, regionality, and tasting techniques.

At Sake Suki, we only import what we love, and we love to drink what we import! Our company was born organically out of a profound discovery of an exceptional product that simply had to be brought home. Our portfolio consists exclusively of jizake—rare, regional finds you would otherwise have to travel to Japan to taste. We are honored to represent producers who live for their craft, and we are thrilled to share their life's work with you.

Parking: Due to limited spacing, we ask that you please do not park in the lot directly in front of Corkdorks’ store. Instead, you are welcome to park in either the lot beside the Corkdorks front lot, or in any open spot on the street. These parking options are free for attendees. Thank you for your cooperation.

All attendees will receive a $20 gift card to Corkdorks.

We do not charge a fee to attend or participate in any of our classroom events. However, because of the tremendous demand for our events, and because seating in our classroom is limited, we charge a nominal prepaid reservation fee to hold your place in the classroom. The amount of the reservation fee varies depending on the size, duration, and content of the event, but is non-refundable if you are unable to attend the event for any reason. If you prepay the reservation fee and attend the event, you will receive a Gift Card in an amount equal to the prepaid reservation fee, which can be redeemed for cash any time after the event or used to purchase merchandise in the store. No refunds. No Exceptions.
