Discover Tango – Beginner’s 6-Week Course

Have you always wanted to dance tango but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve danced before and want to strengthen your foundation? This course is designed just for you.

✨ Over 6 weeks, you’ll gain the confidence to step onto the dance floor and join the Portland Tango Community. You’ll also be invited to continue your journey in our intermediate class, which happens right after this beginner series.

In this class, you’ll learn:

• How to connect with your partner
• The rhythm and musicality of tango
• Walking together in harmony
• Essential tango vocabulary & etiquette

No partner required! Many students come solo, and we rotate partners in class. If you come with a partner, you can choose to dance only together or join the rotation—it’s up to you.

💲 $90 for the full course, or $20 per class drop-in
