Join us for an informative and engaging session to learn how IDD Council partner, Cook Children’s Health Plan (CCHP) supports children and families across North Texas. Serving Medicaid and CHIP members since 2000, CCHP provides comprehensive healthcare coverage and connects families to essential support services that help them thrive.
As part of the Cook Children’s Health Care System, which has cared for Texas families for more than 100 years, CCHP goes beyond medical coverage by helping members access physical and behavioral health services, pharmacy benefits, and community resources. Attendees will also learn about valuable assistance available for Medicaid and SNAP applications, benefit renewals, and other support programs that can reduce barriers to care.
Whether you work directly with children and families or simply want to better understand the resources available in our community, this session will provide practical information, helpful connections, and tools you can share with those you serve throughout Wise, Denton, Parker, Tarrant, Hood, and Johnson counties.
