Meet the Local Service: 5 Pillars of Health Workshop

Join us on Thursday 23rd of October from 10.30am-12.30pm for a friendly and interactive wellbeing session with the One You Team.We’ll explore the 5 Pillars of Wellbeing: Food, Movement, Sleep, Connection, and Mental Health, and how small, everyday habits can make a big difference to how we feel.

What to Expect:

• An engaging and interactive presentation on the 5 Pillars of Health
• Free blood pressure checks
• Time to reflect and write your own SMART goal based on a health or wellbeing topic that resonated with you
• Info about free local services from One You KCW, including stop smoking support and healthy lifestyle courses

Who Can Attend?Adults living in Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster who want to make small, sustainable changes to improve their wellbeing.Free to attend – booking required.
