We're uncovering some of Italy’s best‑kept wine secrets! Join us as we sample distinctive varietals from lesser‑known regions that showcase the depths and deeply rooted traditions of Italian winemaking. We’ll pair our team’s personally selected wine picks with our favorite salami, cheeses, and curated accoutrements.

Join us in our community room on June 25th from 5:30-7:00 PM.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
