This series focuses on alignment, mechanics, and form so you can practice sustainably and safely for years to come. Whether you’re newer to class or have been practicing for years, refining the foundations transforms everything that follows.
💪 Strong Form (Barre)

This workshop refines the mechanics behind the burn — neutral spine, glute and knee alignment, pulse technique, and shoulder stability — helping you build strength with intention and without strain.
🌿 Flow Fundamentals (Yoga)
Sunday, March 8 | 12:15–1:45pm
In this 90-minute session, we’ll break down the core elements of vinyasa — breath and core connection, plank and chaturanga mechanics, standing alignment, and smooth transitions — so you can move through class feeling steady and supported.
