In this class, you’ll learn how to identify and release these emotions using practical, accessible techniques that reconnect you with your body’s innate intelligence.
Natasha will guide you through the foundations of the Emotion Code, share how this work has been life-changing in my own healing journey, and teach you how to begin working with it confidently and ethically. By the end of class, you’ll have tools you can use on yourself—and, with care and consent, on others and even animals.
This is empowering, intuitive work that meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience is necessary—just curiosity and an open mind.
What You’ll Learn:
An overview of The Emotion Code method and philosophy
How to perform muscle testing on yourself and others
How to identify trapped emotions
How to recognize emotions connected to the Heart Wall (protective emotional layers formed when we needed them)
How to determine where an emotion originated (inherited, womb, childhood, and more)
How to safely and effectively release trapped emotions
This class is about restoring flow, softening long-held patterns, and remembering that the body already knows the way—sometimes it just needs a little help listening.
