Join this series of vibrant ballroom dance classes— six uplifting sessions that can be enjoyed as a course or stand-alone sessions.
Over the six weeks, we’ll explore five beautiful dance styles: Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Swing.
Each lesson begins with a mindful warm-up, followed by the basic techniques and steps of one ballroom and one Latin dance (for example, Waltz and Cha Cha). We’ll finish with a short recap and a relaxing cool-down.
The aim of each class is to enjoy learning fundamental moves and techniques while discovering the inner dancer within yourself — and, of course, to have fun!
This course is suitable for beginners and those returning to dance, and everyone is welcome — singles or couples alike.
About Eszter
Eszter is a professional dancer and teacher with over 15 years of experience. She has competed nationally and internationally, proudly representing her country in prestigious events such as the World and European Championships, Blackpool (UK), Kremlin Cup (Moscow), Dance Masters (Innsbruck), and the Fred Astaire World Championship (Las Vegas).
Now based in Gomshall with her family, Eszter combines her love of dance with her interest in philosophy and is delighted to share her knowledge and passion with others. ✨
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, no shoes are required, you may like to dace barefoot or with grippy socks.
