Join us for a nourishing 3 hour immersion into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda - a natural medicine that helps us live in balance with ourselves and the world around us. Held by Alana, a qualified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultant.
We’ll begin with a 45 minute dynamic yoga flow to awaken and balance the body, followed by an accessible introduction to Ayurvedic principles. You’ll learn how to understand your unique constitution (dosha), support seasonal well-being, and bring more rhythm, ritual, and nourishment into your daily life.
Expect a cosy, community-centred atmosphere with warming herbal teas, delicious Ayurvedic nibbles, and a thoughtfully curated gift bag to take home.
