Discover & Express is a guided Artful Healing experience designed to help you explore, understand, and release emotions through creative expression. In a safe and welcoming environment, participants will be led through a series of thoughtful art prompts that encourage emotional awareness and personal reflection.

Led by Shawano, this experience walks you through exercises that help you evoke, feel, express, and release emotions using art as the outlet. No artistic experience is required — this is about expression, not perfection.

Participants will create using acrylic paint markers, allowing emotions to flow freely onto the page as each prompt guides you through different emotional themes.

All supplies are provided, and a light snack will be available during the session.
