About this Event
The Laurentian Leadership Centre (LLC) invites you to join DisCourse: Faith & Politics—a four-week graduate-level seminar series designed for those seeking to better understand Christian engagement with and participation in public life.
Led by Jon Waind, PhD, Interim Executive Director of the LLC, this seminar creates space to wrestle with real-world questions about Christianity and politics. Each week participants will explore selected readings from N.T. Wright and Michael Bird’s Jesus and the Powers alongside Scripture.
With only 16 spots available, this inquiry-based learning experience is designed to foster deep reflection and rich dialogue in a relatively small group setting.
Refreshments are provided.
Dates: Tuesdays, November 4–25, 2025
Time: 7:00–9:00 PM
Location: Laurentian Leadership Centre, 252 Metcalfe St, Ottawa
