Skydiving is the most amazing sport in the world, there's nothing like it. But mastering freefall as a beginner can be challenging. Typically, a skydive provides about 50 seconds of freefall. For new jumpers, the first and last 10 seconds are about exit, stability, and preparing to open your parachute. This leaves just 30 seconds to actually learn flying techniques. With an average of four jumps per day, that's barely 2 minutes to practice a new sport. How can you effectively build the necessary muscle memory in such a short time?
