About this Event
Join us for a day of self-discovery and connection at the Rebirthing the Self Workshop, featuring the wacky, feral, pulsing, dancing comedian and movement practitioner Toni Nagy! Known for her viral videos where she interpretive dances her philosophies while questioning culture, Toni will lead this transformative workshop on December 14, 2024, at the Good Medicine Collective. The day promises a unique blend of healing, laughter, and community spirit. Workshop will be followed by a nourishing Community Dinner, providing the perfect opportunity to connect and share experiences with fellow participants. After dinner, enjoy a Stand-Up Comedy Set with Toni Nagy, where her humor and insights will keep you laughing and reflecting. Finally, cap off the evening with an exhilarating Community Dance featuring DJ L.O.C. (Chloe Urban).
Afternoon Workshop
Time: 3 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Good Medicine Collective
This somatic workshop is designed to unapologetically unleash your wild essence into the cosmos through the powerful process of re-birthing the self. Many of us engage in “the work”—the emotional, physical, and spiritual labor—yet still find ourselves grappling with the Sisyphean task of “healing.” This journey will integrate all aspects of our efforts and introduce new practices to further support your path.
Throughout the workshop, we will weave together the many parts of ourselves into a vibrant tapestry that blankets our inner child. Embrace your shadow self as we untangle deep-seated programming and wash away conditioning that no longer serves you. Connect with your creative impulses by uncovering the inner voice buried beneath the echoes of others that hold you back.
We will confront our fears, releasing the thought patterns that cause harm, and work with our bodies to blast through blockages and liberate emotional constipation, allowing you to dance with your authentic self.
Community Dinner
After the workshop, join us for a Community Dinner at 5:00 PM, where you can nourish your body and spirit with delicious food and engaging conversation. Connect with fellow participants and share your experiences from the day.
Evening Festivities

Stand-Up Comedy Set
Prepare for laughter as Toni Nagy takes the stage again for a Stand-Up Comedy Set! Toni is a stand-up comedian and content creator most known for her viral videos where she interpretive dances her philosophies while pontificating, gyrating, and questioning culture. With 600,000 followers across her social media platforms (not that she's counting or anything), her comedy is quasi-radical, pseudo-philosophical, somewhat existential, and mostly funny. Observing Toni’s work is like micro-dosing shrooms, but then an hour later wondering, "Wait... was that actually a macro-dose!?"
She has directed and acted in numerous films, written multiple award-winning screenplays, and is the founder of Cavelight Productions. Nagy has performed stand-up at renowned venues, including the Comedy Store in LA, Flappers LA, Elysian Theater LA, Greenwich Village Comedy Club NY, Improv Boston, Laugh Boston, Next Stage Theater Vermont, and the infamous "Sweet" show at Chelsea Music Hall in NYC. The Broadway Comedy NYC club has voted her “Best New Comedian” twice. Currently, she is on a national tour performing a two-person multi-disciplinary comedy show with her 13-year-old daughter entitled “Go To Your Womb!”
