Mindful, neuro-inclusive Sunday morning disco fun with live DJs and playmaker.
Join the Disco Neurotico team for a light-hearted sober Sunday dance session, full of joy and silliness.
Two hours of laughing in the face of entropy, with two live DJs and playmaker. Fully accessible, neuro-inclusive, and open to all.
Featuring:
Guided Meditation
A calm, low on woo high on fun, grounding start (a good excuse for a bit of a lie down, so bring a yoga mat).
Playful Warm Up
Wriggle, stretch, flail - call it movement, call it art, we won't judge.
Inclusive Dance Session
You do you. Throw shapes, feel great, all under sensor-friendly lighting. No glow sticks required (but we won't stop you). Big tunes guaranteed, from disco, house and garage through to breaks, jungle and d'n'b, with a few cheeky floor-fillers thrown in.
Gentle Warm Down
Come back to Earth refreshed and revitalised, possibly with more chakras than you had to begin with.
