Heatwave ignited the world with their unstoppable fusion of funk, disco, and soul. With the genius of songwriter Rod Temperton - the man behind Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and “Rock With You” - the band’s music didn’t just top charts, it defined an era.

Formed in London, UK, Heatwave are a funk/disco group who came into international success in the mid-70s and 80s, known for the hits, “Boogie Nights,” “Always and Forever” and “The Groove Line.” The band came together initially when Germany based active serving American serviceman, Johnnie Wilder, formed his band ‘Johnnie Wilde Chicago Heatwave’.

Rod Temperton answered an advert and flew to Germany to join the band. Johnnie then invited his brother, Keith, to fly over to Germany and join the band. Johnnie Wilder, Keith WIlder,

Ernest & Berger, Erick Johns. Mario Mantese and Rod Temperton moved to London in 1975 and shortened the name to the now recognisable, HEATWAVE.

With songwriter/keyboardist, Rod Temperton, Heatwave managed to create an eclectic sound that pushed their music well ahead of their peers, becoming pioneers in their genre. They soon gained the attention of GTO Records, with their simple disco beats and heavy funk grooves.

They began recording their debut album but with the loss of Jesse Whitens, they found a replacement in Roy Carter and began recording again, releasing a string of singles culminating in the hit disco anthem, 1977’s “Boogie Nights.” The song hit number two in the UK charts and

also became a top five hit in America. Their debut album appeared later that year, titled “Too Hot to Handle” peaking at number five in the R&B charts. By the end of the year, they had also gained a number two hit in the US with their soul ballad, “Always and Forever.”

Heatwave continue to tour with some old and some new members and are still a welcome sound to hear with their evergreen soul anthems like Boogie Nights, Always and Forever, Groove Line and many more, keeping the Heatwave legacy going strong!

ABBA Gold have toured all over the world with their fantastic live show. They have been performing for over 25 years, playing more than 3,500 shows to over 3 million people in 41 different countries and counting!

The band have also performed live on BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Sky TV - don’t miss this world-famous act!

Their largest audience was 93,000 when they headlined a massive festival in Aberdeen. Also on the bill were the Sugababes, Gareth Gates, Darius and Hear'say.

Abba Gold has played in Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Bahrain and South Africa and famous faces in their audiences include Sir Richard Branson and Sir Alan Sugar. Abba Gold are one of the most influential Tribute Bands of all time and have spawned several imitations.

Seating arrangements will be 8-12 people book for a minimum of 10 to obtain your dedicated table.

All guests booked with the same transaction id will be seated together if you have booked individually and wish to be seated with others then please let us know as soon as possible.

We will provide a seating plan for the tables and place cards so it would be helpful if lead/group bookers could provide the names of individual guests in advance.

This is a set menu so all guests will be served the same unless the vegetarian option is ordered in advance (regrettably choices cannot be ordered on the night)

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if the event itself is cancelled. Refunds cannot be given if an event is postponed or rescheduled to another date, tickets purchased will still be valid and automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date for any reason then you may resell or transfer your ticket to another person who can attend.
