Discarded Spirits Co. debuts in Singapore! From 22 August to 15 September cocktail enthusiasts can discover the collection of zero-waste inspired spirits at sustainability-led dining concept Analogue Initiative. Celebrating some of the region’s recognizable yet underappreciated ingredients the six-hands menu presents a line-up of eco-forward cocktails and zero-waste dishes created in collaboration with Melbourne's experimental cocktail haven BYRDI and Lisbon's zero-waste culinary restaurant SEM. All cocktails are priced $26++ each and dishes start from $9++.
Discarded Spirits Co. is also available on cocktail menus across Singapore including ATLAS Live Twice Gibson Bar Sugarhall and 27 Degrees West.
