This workshop will have three installments, and feature a different member of our Das Biest team teaching a dance/movement class around supporting neurodivergence and disability. Classes are one hour in length, and are open to movers of all abilities and experience levels. Wear clothes comfortable to move in, and bring a water bottle and journal with you if you'd like to take notes.
Each workshop session is $10
