A fun, feel-good mat Pilates workshop focused on core strength, stability, and mindful movement. This workshops is designed to leave you feeling stronger and more connected. After class, enjoy our Dirty Soda Bar and mix up your own custom drinks with a variety of sodas, creams, and add-ins. A little sweat, a little sip, and a whole lot of fun.
