Mama's House, a micro-greens urban farm initiative and plant shop, along with Echo and Axis, a community wellness group brings to the community: Dirt Therapy!

We're getting our hands dirty to cleanse our minds, for our mental health's sake!

Get ready to dig deep - both literally and figuratively at this immersive soil workshop where Mama's House will be teaching us about the very thing we see every day: soil! Soil is of course, used to grow our Earth, but it has spectacular benefits to us that many of us aren't aware of.

Aside from learning, guests will have their own soil to feel around in, as well as take home!

We will be in a park, so please bring a mat and/or blanket to have a seat on. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
